How is this different from just using ChatGPT to write my resume?
Offery isn't just "chat AI" — it integrates JD parsing, resume comparison, ATS scoring, and mock interviews into a single workflow. Every resume and interview session is stored in a structured way, so the AI keeps referencing your real background instead of you re-explaining yourself every time.
Will my personal data and resumes be used to train AI?
No. Your resumes and interview records are stored in Supabase (protected by Row-Level Security) and only your account can access them. Calls to Gemini don't opt in to training data, and all API requests use encrypted channels.
Is the free plan time-limited?
Free forever, no credit card required. The Free plan includes unlimited job tracking, up to 3 resumes, and basic analytics. AI resume optimization, cover letter generation, and mock interviews are Pro-only.
Will my data be deleted if I cancel my subscription?
No. After cancellation your Pro features will automatically drop to Free at the end of the billing period, but all your historical data (jobs, resumes, interview records) is preserved. Upgrading again resumes everything. To permanently delete, use the Danger Zone in Settings.
Which countries / languages do you support?
The interface supports Traditional Chinese (default) and English. The AI output language is configurable independently. The product is optimized for Taiwan's job market (salary norms, ATS templates, local job sites), but overseas roles work too.
What's your refund policy?
We don't offer prorated refunds for Pro, but you can cancel any time and continue to use Pro until the period ends. We recommend trying the Free plan before deciding to upgrade.
